Petroexcel Technology - Strategic Planning Analyst

- Providing critical inputs for Strategy Formulation through Analytics

- Analysis of the External Environment (macroeconomic), Industrial Environment and the Market/Competitive environment

- SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis of the Corporate Group and its SBUs

- Building the Strategies of the Corporate Group and its SBUs

- Identifying, analysing the opportunities, threats, and the different business scenarios; and to make recommendations to the Leadership Team/SBU Leads accordingly; and also assist and advise on strategy and business/operational plans formulations

- Aiding, supporting, and advising the Top Management, Leadership Team and SBU Leads in: integrating Strategic Plans with Annual Business Plans, Field Development Plans/Work Programmes/Operational Plans, New Ventures/M&A and Project Plans

- Integrating the operational and project plans of various Departments and SBUs for integrated planning and execution

- Objectives and Goals Setting: policies; key result areas and key performance indicators; performance tracking/management; business/balance scorecards

- Strategy & Plan implementation:

- Aid and support coordination among various Departments and SBUs in plan implementation

- Support management reporting, performance management and re-alignment of plans and strategies, as required

- Support new business ventures, M&As, business expansion/diversification initiatives through, SWOT Analysis, business case evaluation

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

- Ability to extensively analyze data & data models to deliver logical conclusions and a range of data-driven solutions

- Building processes or systems needed to implement changes and developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
