Sterling Exploration & Energy production Ltd is a diversified group and the largest Indian integrated player in the Onshore E & P service industry in Nigeria. Our company is going in for massive expansion and intend to set up a Fertilizer plant, Petrochemical plant, and other turnkey EPC projects here in Nigeria.

Job Description:

- Should have handled EPC Contracts and Services like Licensing contracts ,FEED Contracts for Global Projects

- Should have handled a team of atleast 5 buyers

- Knowledge of Contracting Clauses and should have drafted and finalised atleast 2 EPC contracts or EPCM contracts of > 1bn USD

- Knowledge of Guarantees ,Technical Conditions of the contract

- Should have worked with Oil and Gas Industry to finalise EPC Projects atleast in 3 projects across India and Abroad

- Commercial and Contracts knowledge

- Knowledge of FIDIC is advantageous

- Should be a good communicator and Team worker

- Should have the technical understanding of the scope of Contracts being finalised

- Negotiation Skills

- Communication Skills

- Analytical Skills

- Proven Track Record of finalising EPC Contractors or Service Providers

Working Terms:

- Time off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days paid off & subsequently followed by every 6-month ones (Both to and from International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company.

- Work days & Hours -, (Monday to Friday - 8:30AM to 6:30PM / Saturday - 9:00AM to 6:30PM / Sunday - 9:00AM to 2:30PM)

- Sterling is a group of company, as per the Nigeria labour law, we have a limited quota for expats. As we are a multi companies group we have a limited expat quota available on each company, basis that where ever the quota is available basis that we issue the appointment letter to the candidate on behalf of that company.

- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle ( Ex: If you joined in April, you will get first month salary on June then after that every month you will get regularly)
