Manager - Performance Management & Succession Planning For Reputed Oil & Gas company in West Africa
1. Goal Setting & KRA's
a. Ensure Goal setting are specific, Measurable and drive key results.
b. Facilitate strategic planning sessions with HOD's.
c. Ensure that entire strategic planning process has continuity from the C-suite down to each individual contributor
d. Prepare KRA's based on JD's
e. Get Approval from concerned HOD and ensure documentation in People Connect within stipulated time frame.
2. Monitoring CMS
a. Ensure review is done on a quarterly basis and coordinate with COO for these meetings.
b. Facilitate feedback session between appraiser and appraisee
c. Document Development areas on people connect
d. Communicate training requirements to L&D.
3. Appraisal & Review
a. Ensure opening and closing of appraisal is carried out in the stipulated time frame.
b. Coordinate with L&D team to conduct refresher training intervention for appraisers on appraisal management systems
c. Coordinates with the reviewing authorities in order to ensure the appraisal process is done on time.
