a. Deploy different kinds of learning methods- such as CRT, Online training, Coaching and so on

b. Organize e-learning courses & workshops

3. Cascade of Organizational Values

a. Prepare and implement Modules related to Values.

b. Conduct activities to ensure awareness of Value across all levels in the organization

4. Specific interventions

a. Prepare & Conduct modules as per organization needs.
