Petoo - Logistics Manager - Sprink

Sprink is seeking a manager to handle its everyday logistics. Logistics for Sprink is unlike any other e-commerce business, it is complicated to say the least and requires careful planning and smart implementations.

This role is based out of Bangalore.

A day in the life:

You will work collaboratively with a team of passionate and highly motivated operations, delivery fleet and techies to manage, build processes and help shape tech products to improve customer experiences by ensuring delivery of great food before our customers start to get hungry!

You'll drive projects end to end. You must have the ability to be responsive, flexible and the will to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a high-degree of independence and ownership to thrive in collaborative work environments while raising the bar for everyone else in the team.

Basic Qualifications:

- A passion for start-ups, an entrepreneur at heart with a just-do-it attitude.

- 1-5 years' work experience (preferably in operations related to Food, Car rentals, Fleet, Courier, Logistics or FMCG) or having prior experience of running own business/company (any field)

- Strong analytical skills to help break down problems and excel at researching and connecting dots from other domains.

- Comfortable being on the street, talking over phone and multi-tasking.

- A big plus, if you have managed blue collared workers in the past.

Education Required:

- Graduate or post graduate from any university in Business, Engineering or any other field.

- An open entrepreneurial bent of mind is the most important criteria.
