- You will be responsible for working in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer, or such designee, to oversee and make decisions related to the Company's overarching technology infrastructure that closely align with the organization's goals. Some of your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include: - - Lead the Technology and Product teams to develop new products and maintain existing ones based on the company objectives. - Set team objectives that, in conjunction with other teams, enable the Company to achieve its corporate objectives. - Set strategies, engage and manage the right talent, and provide all necessary direction to ensure those objectives are met. - Manage and track efficient and productive work output by the talent within the teams. - Conduct regular code audits and manage IT security - Ensure you are updated with all product development stages, and work with team so that high quality products are delivered on a timely basis - Understand the product requirements and Communicate effectively with the team to ensure product development - Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO - Always identify and resolve - roadblocks- that come up from time to time, whether within a team, or inter-departmental. - Maintain a positive approach to doing things better than our nearest competitor. - Maintain effective and fluid communications with the CEO and the Company Management Team. - Assist in other matters as and when required
