Pesto.tech - Head - Marketing

Requirements :

- At least 4 years of experience in marketing roles

- Technical ability to work with automation tools, scrapers or bots

- Prior experience of working at a sub 30 people team (Startup)

- Understanding of content marketing

- Analytical mindset - speaks the language of collecting data & making decisions based on that

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the brand

- Own demand generation: Organic & Inorganic

- Lead content strategy & take value first approach

- Create & manage a waitlist of customers

- Build a process from scratch to generate & manage inbound leads & qualification

- Build & manage a team (+consultants)

- Drive direct communication channels with the audience via:

- Email marketing

- Discord community (We've a separate team to manage this)

- Telegram channels

- Broadcast lists

Need to have :

- Company building experience

- Exposure to brand building

- Understanding of recruitment industry

- Some engineering experience (self-starters are fine)

- Exposure to Youtube, influencer marketing or email marketing
