About the Role: (Direct Contract with the Company) Pesto is seeking a Growth Marketer who will be a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role. Candidates should be aware about social media analytics, understand the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy. Responsibilities: - Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that support in reaching out to target groups and their retention. - Working on paid, social, search, display, mobile and email channels in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment - Focusing on customer acquisition, managing performance marketing channels (e.g., Search, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate, Email, conversion rate optimization) and/or CLM (e.g., managing customer data, segmentation, and driving personalization of owned channels) - Build marketing strategy for the community - Responsible for growth of social media channels, strategizing and creating content apart from content distribution. - Manage all social media platforms and drive content creation along with SEO - Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement. - Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience working in growth functions in high growth startups - Experience of working with Product based companies or similar businesses. - Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience. - You have owned growth marketing channels and driven demonstrable results, owning and achieving core growth KPIs. - You have a deep understanding of marketing funnels and know how to optimize and drive each stage. - Proactive, solutions-oriented; capability to identify efficiencies and decrease costs while maintaining a quality workplace environment and product - Strong written, oral and high ownership - Ability to analyze and present content and social performance. - Passion for technological companies with a focus on Education ABOUT PESTO TECH: We train and upskill India's top talent for fast-paced product organizations.
