Performance Reporting Role - Wealth Management - CFA - BFSI

Hiring for Wealth Management Performance Reporting with CFA certification

Analysis / solution creation :

- Analyze data / reports in Performance Reporting tools to determine root cause and create recommendations on solutions for leader decisioning (help answer PMT and performance/data-related questions from the field)

Data Documentation :

- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to document data lineage and calculations in PMT and across key client-facing systems (client statement, client site).

WSPs :

- Support development of Written Supervisory Procedures and Policies around Performance Reporting

- Quality / Testing - Periodic Quality Control and Testing of Performance Reports

- Training and User Guides - Develop content for training manuals and user guides on understanding and interpreting performance data, for both clients and advisors

Other Tasks : support senior colleagues in the US on any other tasks related to the Performance Program and BAU

Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years in Performance Reporting, Investment Accounting or similar function for a US-based financial services firm

- CFA and/or FRM certification

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Finance / Alternatively Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as mathematics or accounting may be acceptable

- Ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal oversight / guidance

- Strong analytical capabilities

- Excellent communication skills (needs to effectively work and stay in touch with US colleagues across different business units)
