Performance Reporting - Banking/BPO

A leading BPO in Chennai is looking for a right professional for the below mentioned position.

We are typically looking for professionals from Managerial till AGM level (designation would be worked based on the exp during the discussions)


DESIRED PROFILE:

-CA with 5-15 yrs of experience in BPO/Banking in a performance reporting process.

-Experience of transitioning a banking performance reporting processes.

-Knowledge on accounting standards, IFRS and US GAAPs.

-People management experience of handling a team performing complex and fragmented F&A activities

-Prior experience in SAP will be a plus

-Advance level of proficiency in MS-Office (Excel & Word).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Manage process team which delivers banking performance reporting deliverables

-Summary Ratios ( earnings and balance sheet ratios)

-Income Statement Revenues & Expenses, Fiduciary and Related Activities

-Non interest Income and Expenses and Yields

-Balance Sheet—Assets, Liabilities and Capital.

-Off-Balance Sheet Items

-Balance Sheet—Percentage Composition of Assets and Liabilities

-Derivatives Analysis

-Analysis of Credit Allowance and Loan Mix

-Analysis of Past-Due, Non accrual, and Restructured Loans and Leases

-Interest Rate Risk Analysis,Liquidity and Funding,Capital Analysis

-Quarterly Annualized Income Analysis

-Securitization and Asset Sale Activities
