- As a Performance Marketing Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the performance of various digital campaigns across different channels and platforms. The primary focus will be on maximising campaign efficiency, optimising key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving results through data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, targeting, and audience segmentation based on data insights
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and ROI- Set up Conversion Tracking and Goal Measurement
- Ability to manage, analyse and present data to the business team for trends and business growth
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to management and other team members- Use analytics tools and platforms to track campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor budget spend and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to optimize performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and campaign performance management.
- Proven experience 8 to 12 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance analytics.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Affiliates, Programmatic Platforms, Bing and other biddable and non-biddable platforms, etc.- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality and impactful results.- Certifications in digital marketing analytics and related fields (optional, but a plus).
