- Our client is a disruptive platform that enables their Business partners to sell top consumer brands at the best wholesale prices across urban, semi-urban and rural India. The partners sell FMCG, personal care and packaged food products to Kirana stores, creating a meaningful micro-business and an impactful earning potential for themselves and their partners. They have innovative payment and credit provisions along with local language stronghold helping in making its units extremely profitable.
- The founders and leadership teams are Harvard and IIT Alumni, with experience from companies like Walmart, Swiggy, Future Group and others. Funded by the most well-known VCs the company has experienced 45 times growth within 6 months of its existence.
- As a Performance Marketer, you will be working with team members in a highly interactive environment. You will be a problem solver and must demonstrate a solid background in managing advertising campaigns.
What you will do:
- Strategizing and executing performance marketing strategy across all digital channels. The primary goal would be to acquire quality users and drive revenue.
- Creating, managing and optimizing campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliates and others.
- Driving hands-on campaign setup, management and optimisation including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages and more to ensure revenue maximisation and cost minimisation
- Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Collaborating with Sales, product, operations and category marketing to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and ROI goals
- Coordinating with the graphic design team/ agency to get creatives made for ads
- Doing Revenue, CAC and LTV analysis and leveraging data to optimise paid funnel, to maximise revenue and optimising the Revenue vis-a-vis Cost.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in running performance campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT etc) across Google, FB, YouTube, Bing, affiliates, and others
- Proven experience in running display campaigns across ad networks
- Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/ Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360, and others as well as with tools such as Clevertap/ Mixpanel etc
- Experience running campaigns for direct online purchase products as well as those requiring manual sales/Tele-calling type products would be a huge plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
