Performance Marketing Role - Real Estate

- 2+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing related channels/businesses, preferably operating large ($10MN+) budgets and experience with considerable scale

- Strong experience in planning, strategizing the Performance Marketing campaigns via Facebook, Google and other social media platform

- Deep understanding and experience across performance marketing channels, demonstrating depth and breadth of strategic and tactical knowledge of how different performance marketing channels can drive customer and business goals

- Deep understanding and experience in using data across channels to build customer centric, cross channel strategies

- Good analytical skills with a sound grasp of performance optimization strategies

- Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and have the ability to turn analysis into actionable programs

- Strong proficiency in a multitude of performance marketing tools and platforms

- Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset and work ethic are a must

- An ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs

- A strong drive for executing and delivering results. The person should be an ambitious self-starter with excellent follow through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
