Performance Marketing Role

Key Responsibilities :

- Design innovative campaigns that will significantly increase awareness and draw customers

- Should be able to design unique value proposition with cutting edge content creation for social media and niche marketing

- Create brand awareness & improve the quality of leads

- Partner with Business, Sales to support Customer Success and Partner marketing programs.

- Analysing market, competition & customer behaviour to deliver insights & inputs

Qualifications :

- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing from a premier institute in India / Abroad

- Over 5-15 years of experience in Marketing with special focus on online/ digital marketing

- Analytically inclined, Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent multitasking and project management skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience in working with a start-up will be an added advantage
