Performance Marketing Role - FMCG

We are looking for someone to help us with driving the user growth through new customers' acquisition for our apps.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Skills Required : Aps installs campaigns, Programmatic , ad attributions , Data Analysis, UAC, Facebook

Roles :

The responsibilities will involve :

- Driving App Installs in different customer segments using programmatic ad channels - UAC, facebook and other programmatic channels

- Analyzing the campaigns and identifying the gaps, evaluating the campaigns from cost efficiency perspective and optimizing the ROI for the campaigns

- Analyzing customer behaviors and latest trends and making continuous improvement in the creatives to target better CTRs and CPIs

- Devising multiple experiments to test different campaign strategies and creating funnel of campaigns/propositions to maintain user acquisition growth trajectory

- Maintaining the quality of the customers acquired and improving the campaigns to get loyal users.

- Working with product/data teams to create tools/propositions for driving scale through the campaigns

Desirable Skills:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in managing App Installs campaigns in programmatic ecosystem ( UAC, Facebook)

- Should have thorough understanding of ad attribution and tracking with mobile measurement partners - Ex Appsflyer

- Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and generate actionable insights

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders ( internal and external ) and influence decisions
