Key Focus Areas:

- Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve the desired ROI in all marketing channels

- Help manage the day to day execution and optimization of paid search, social, programmatic buying, affiliate and display campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

- Create and drive strategy to build inbound traffic and improve conversions and ROI on both website and app

- Conduct deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identify misses and opportunities

- Conceptualize and implement optimization strategies and tests for campaigns

- Build campaigns, conduct keyword and audience research, review and edit ad creative/copy, and manage budgets/bids to maximize return across keywords and audience

- Structure, launch, analyze, and report on landing page testing to drive improved conversion across channels

- Provide regular reporting and performance updates to communicate successes, inconsistencies, underperformance, or any other campaign-related metrics

- Continuously improve performance through testing, leveraging campaign analytics

- Create and test various ad units in collaboration with creative teams

- Create opportunities through staying current with new channels, software, and industry best practices.

SEM Management

- Oversee and manage SEM campaigns, supporting creative and technical requests aimed at increasing traffic and conversions.

- Improve tracking, reporting, and profitability of SEM efforts, analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics into an actionable Search Engine marketing plan.

- Manage multiple large keyword campaigns across multiple search engine marketing channels including Google AdWords-, Yahoo! Search Engine, Bing, MSN AdCenter-, social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and other such targeted networks/programs.

- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to provide prompt operational support, tactical and strategic recommendations for optimal delivery of online ad campaigns.

- Liase with the respective agencies on a weekly/monthly basis over a call or in person meets to ensure seamless campaign delivery and account hygiene.

- Participate in weekly internal and external calls/meetings.

- Liaising with the creative agency for creative work to be used for digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms.

- Responsible to strategize and increase revenue for the airline using the Search Engine Marketing tools

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Mobile attribution platforms.

Search Engine Optimization :

- Coordinate with the Search Engine Optimization agency to select and optimize keywords to get maximum visibility on the search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc- .

- Responsible to see that all pages that are optimized with meta data along with the page titles.

- Responsible to make sure all the applications, such as the Online Booking Engine, Schedules, Flight Status, PNR status, etc- . are tagged suitably and ensure visible results through Google Analytics.

- Responsible to evaluate and execute new initiatives to increase revenue using Search Engine Optimization.

Affiliate Marketing :

- Co-ordination of day to day operational, marketing and strategic activities with the affiliate marketing agency.

- Understand and coordinate with internal teams and colleagues to acquire rich marketing data to be used to optimize and increase affiliate business and affiliate campaigns with the help of the affiliate agency.
