Performance Marketing Manager - Senior E-commerce Specialist

What you need to do:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on E-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

- Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotions.

- Managing online advertising campaigns on social media, search engines, and other relevant channels.

- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns.

What you need to have:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce marketing, with a focus on Amazon and Flipkart.

- In-depth knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart advertising platforms.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
