Performance Marketing Manager

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our earlystage direct-to-consumer (D2C) company in the luggage travel accessories category. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our brand and make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.

- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative and external agencies to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure competitive advantage.

- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, forecasting and allocating resources effectively to achieve targets.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to digital marketing channels.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in a performance marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or e-commerce industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing automation software.

- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
