Performance Marketing Manager - D2C Mens Grooming Business (4-5 yrs)
Our client is a New Delhi based D2C mens grooming company whose portfolio includes shampoo, face wash, beard oil, hair oil, among others. These products are made from world-class ingredients without any harmful chemicals such as sulphates and parabens.
Founded in 2005 by MICA, Ahmedabad alumni, it has raised a total funding of $10.8M from tier one investors like infoedge etc.
It currently has more than 15,000 outlets across the country in traditional general trade as well as regional modern trade. It is also present in countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East and USA.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing companys performance marketing campaigns on social media platforms and driving growth through a data-driven approach. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, monitor metrics, and provide insights to achieve business goals.
What you will do:
- Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across social media platforms.
- Managing campaigns across multiple channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights to optimize campaigns.
- Analysing data and generating insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics and product teams to drive growth and optimize campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign metrics and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Managing budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media platforms.
- Strong digital marketing skills with experience in campaign management, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business goals.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within the allocated budget.
- Experience with spends ranging from 5 -15 lakhs per day.
- Experience in handling D2C brands would be a major plus
