Performance Marketing Manager (D2C)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own and drive customer acquisition via performance marketing channels for multiple direct-to-consumer brands across the globe working with in-house teams responsible for driving revenue and ROAS growth.
- Strategize, implement, and actively manage campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, and other digital channels.
- Work on yearly, quarterly, and monthly media plans with the brand managers and internal teams. Ensuring targets are achieved for the same.
- Create SOP's, best practices, and assist in developing process documents
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition.
- A strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborated with cross-functional teams and agencies
- Fluent in Google AdWords, Facebook ads, Google Analytics. (certifications preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to develop new advertising and campaign strategies that increase performance over time.
- Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a technical field
