Location: Bangalore Role & Responsibilities: - Lead the performance marketing function by designing overall campaign strategies and metrics - Optimise spends and ensure required volume and efficiency are delivered - Build and acquisition funnels across all digital media, particularly FB & Google - Work closely with creative & product teams Requirements: - Extensive knowledge and experience on Facebook and Google platforms - Experience in driving growth for an early-stage product will be a plus - Experience in marketing to Tier II and III an advantage - Excellent communication skills - Good educational background
