Performance Marketing Lead - EdTech (10-15 yrs)

Hiring for a leading Ed Tech company based out of Mumbai. Candidates with relevant Performance Marketing experience would only be considered.

Implementing effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social, and display advertising and the exploration of opportunities that will expand business's online marketing channels.

Should demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research, communications evaluation, data modeling, relationship skills, and commercial awareness.

Role and Responsibility :

- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy - Planning and executing acquisition/ lead gen campaigns across the digital landscape including platforms like facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

- Performance Analysis - Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS

- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to business teams.

- Define and run tests, including A/B experiments, to test and learn new acquisition programs.

- Reporting - Be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimise all campaigns

- Data Analysis - Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and optimisation plans.

- Budget Management - Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation

- Team and Agency Management - lead, motivate and grow the existing team. Be the point of contact with the performance agency.


- 10+ years of experience with a successful track record in performance marketing, managing mid to big budgets in a high-growth company.

- Certified Google Adwords, Facebook Campaign, Quora & LinkedIn Campaign management.

- Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, display advertising and programmatic advertising.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

- Confident with presenting and working in a dynamic environment.

- Experience of managing team members in the past and is excited about growing a team.

Location - Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru.
