- Responsible for planning, setting up, monitoring and analyzing user acquisition campaigns
- Evaluate key performance metrics and optimize to achieve ROI & growth targets
- Independently manage budgets and prepare thorough, dynamic media plans efficiently allocating budget to different sources based on performance
- Build, scale and iterate on the referral program on the platform
- Lead efforts on App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to continually drive and improve app ranking and conversion
- Work closely with the Marketing Design team to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance
