Performance Marketing & Google Analytics Role - eCommerce

- This role requires Mandatory experience in Google analytics, Site Merchandising and also product performance review. Please apply accordingly

- This position will assist with the daily operation of Ecommerce business including onsite merchandising, product uploading, campaign development, sales performance tracking and ad-hoc work to ensure operational effectiveness and excellence in customer service

- Please note that this position is for a well known global fashion brand's India operations and we consider ethics, commitment and values as the core requirement in a candidate along with skills and experience. We do not hire candidates with casual attitude, changing jobs frequently, demanding increase in take home components and also long notice periods.

Key responsibilities include :

- Onsite Merchandising

- Catalog management

- Sales performance tracking

- Website analysis

- Create new content and pages in coordination with marketing team for campaigns and promotions

- working closely with inventory coordinator to create a product range to maximise business and sales opportunities

- Proof and edit feature pages

- Ensure website content is in accordance with Brands policies and procedures

- Coordinate changes in the business applications updated in coordination with google business managers

- Implement product review campaigns to enhance product CVR and analyse the result

- Monitor sales performance in conjunction with Ecommerce Business Managers

- Participate in Ecommerce business plan, merchandising plan and inventory plan.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies :

1. Familiarity of brand eCommerce website or fashion market. At least 3 years to 6 years relevant experience of e-commerce

2. Experience of eCommerce like salesforce shopify etc preferred

3. Keen interest in pursuing a career in eCommerce

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to develop processes to improve accuracy over time

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills with cultural sensitivity in communicating with team members from other countries

6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

7. Ability to manage and direct 3rd parties for business outcomes

8. Deep understanding of Google analytics (any levels of certification preferred)

9. Ability to be a good team worker to make collaborative work efficiently

10. Analytical ability and knowledge of business planning including margin implications and trend recognition

11. Graduate/PG with relevant certification
