Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth of D2C business.
- Own the PnL Metrics - Category Sales, Category Penetration, Overall Margins and Inventory Management
- Develop and Manage Categories and their SKU assortments as per requirements.
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
- Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
- Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category
- Planning and Executing Campaigns, Offers and customer engagement events to drive overall business objectives.
- Improve profitability of the D2C business with enhanced ROAS
- Manage performance on digital channels and other modes of paid marketing.
- Focus on performance and retention marketing.
- Drive better CRO, higher AOV, lower CAC & higher LTV.
- Drive D2C revenue growth at individual product level alongside overall revenue.
