What You'll be Doing
- Plan, execute and manage social media marketing initiatives, CPC campaigns, e-mail marketing and viral marketing.
- Designing strategies for new user acquisition as well as user retention
- Channels include Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Email
- Drive marketing efficiencies across existing channels through identifying any new opportunities and weeding out non-performing channels
- Run data-driven testing to determine potential success of new channels.
- Work with teams across functions (such as Product, Engineering, Brand etc.) in evaluating and implementing optimal marketing automation solutions
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Work closely with our engineering and growth teams to increase conversion rates.
- Work hand-in-hand with data analytics team, providing insights and optimizations for each channel - always linking initiatives back to our business goals.
- Formulate and institutionalize best practices for ROI measurement and optimization.
What You Bring to the Table
- Prior experience in growth/marketing optimization for an e-commerce company/agency
- Knowledge of Facebook marketing, Google marketing, & other digital platforms
- Passionate about the fashion & apparel space
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives.
- Knowledge and proficiency in platform and channel management.
- Excellent project management skills that extend from strategy to execution.
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
