The Performance Management Portfolio

Performance management processes and systems:

- Management of annual performance management processes

- Develop POV, guidelines and templates to ensure timely implementation and quality of performance management system

Business Alignment Services: This service offering aligns employees to key value drivers of the organization. The objective of this service area is two-fold

- Provide clarity to every employee on the linkages of each Role in the organization and its impact on Value Drivers

- Using the clarity provided in pt 1 above, enable managers and teams to seek and deliver superior performance ( EBIDTA unlocking)

Business Consulting Services: A customized offering which uses analytical methods to review the alignment between Strategy and Operations. It helps businesses unlock value at the intersection of functions. The service offerings in this bucket would be in the following areas:

- Production Planning Models

- Sales and Ops Planning (Process Consultation)

- Generic Optimization Modelling - Ex- Captive Power Plants

- Analytics Capability in Line Managers ( Group wide intervention )

Productivity & Decision Effectiveness:

- Currently the portfolio has developed a point of view on productivity, which it is evangelizing through large scale capability development programs (Step Up and Turning Point). While most of these services are at Individual level, the portfolio plans to expand its footprints at Function and team levels by offering services to improve function effectiveness and team productivity.

- The portfolio desires to do this by working on functional workflow, process flow and decision effectiveness. The portfolio intend to provide the functions with frameworks, tools and techniques to improve the productivity( New Offering). IDecision Effectiveness is the outcome of the productivity intervention, wherein the plan is to enable managers make more informed choices (trade-off's) at individual/team/unit level to improve business results. It includes capability building in Operations Research tools, algorithms and templates

We are looking at candidates with Experience 5-6 years in PMS

The person should be either from Tier I MBA Institute or working with top MNC's.
