Performance Management Specialist

The Performance Management Specialist will responsible for measuring and managing the performance of the BPO supplier who provides Order-to-Cash services for four locations worldwide.

- The Performance Management Specialist partners with the BPO supplier and engages with appropriate stakeholders to continuously improve the supplier performance in order to meet OTC/STP customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage vendor Operations site

- Has to have excellent knowledge on S2P, AP, Travel & Expenses, Procurement & Operations

- Must be from Operations Governance Structure background

- Very strong exposure in stakeholder Management & driving results
