Required Skills :
- Strong experience in planning, managing, and overseeing performance management programs
- Experience in applying best practices of performance management concepts.
- Experience in developing relevant performance management reports, identifying trends and performance insights.
- Experience in providing HR business partners with sufficient insight related to performance management matters to enable the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Liaise with Business leaders and HRBP's for goal setting and development of performance indicators.
- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems
