Job Description :
- Support in implementation of PM initiatives and frameworks/policies for performance review.
- Detailed goal discussions to draw up goal templates, ensuring roll out of templates for goal setting, whenever required.
- Monitoring and highlighting process related status- mid year review, final review and goal setting status.
- Providing inputs for improving and monitoring the quality of goal setting, appropriateness of metrics, standards of performance etc.
- To support in managing processes related to Job Evaluation in the business.
- Reviewing adequacy of JAE information received from the businesses.
- Studying of job descriptions and structures.
- Preparation of analysis formats for positions to be evaluated
