Our client is a D2C Food and Beverage brand based out in Delhi is looking to hire a Performance marketing Lead. Roles & Responsibility : - Design, strategize and execute all aspects of our digital marketing efforts across all channels like Meta and Google - Deliver the best in class performance and returns on D2C through performance marketing - Establish data backed decision making as a muscle in the organization. - Work closely with cross functional teams to get the necessary support required to run the function. This includes functions like - brand, innovations, marketplaces, supply chain and CX. - Lead the reporting and performance of our performance marketing at a daily/weekly/monthly level. - Continuous improvement of performance through experimentation and testing - Feed into the broader D2C strategy in terms of investments, pricing, promotions and growth ideas. - Build a team of high performing and high ownership individual. Educational/ Experience requirements : - Masters in business management/ marketing or graduate with strong work experience - About 8-10 years of experience in running performance marketing for consumer facing brands - In-depth knowledge of Google and Meta ads for both web and app - Detail-oriented, high on ownership and action with a penchant for experimentation - Strong understanding of data and ability to distill it to derive meaningful insights. - Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
