Domain Knowledge :

- The candidate should have extensive experience in the Insurance industry. Specifically in areas such as Performance Improvement / Performance excellence.

- Solid understanding of the Insurance market and regulatory environment

Academic Qualification :

- MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background

- 7 to 9 Years relevant experience post MBA
