What you'll do
- Shape the marketing strategy and voice of the brand and products and help grow and engage a large, global user base through a mix of global and regional strategies
- Create brand and product positioning, communications, and narratives as part of go-to-market efforts for launches and updates across the solution ecosystem
- Closely collaborate with product managers, business & marketing leads, product designers, content creators, and field sales/operations to define and execute marketing initiatives.
- Work internally and externally with creative partners and agencies to develop their best work and drive business results.
- Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience
What we're looking for
- 4-8 years of proven track record of creating marketing strategies to deliver customer acquisition growth and optimisation across digital channels
- Establish, implement & measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption, user growth and engagement of mobile applications
- Demonstrate the ability to work at the planning level for growth via paid & owned channels and at the tactical level, manage the advertising campaign execution, create & optimise campaigns
- Execute, Analyse & Optimise ads across Google, Facebook, mobile affiliates etc to acquire new users. Design remarketing campaigns to re-engage with users using platforms like Google, Facebook etc.
- Day-to-day campaign management and execution tactics based on performance to maximise return on ad spend.
- Develop, implement and refine retention marketing strategy to drive cross-sell/upsell and improve DAU, WAU, MAU. Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics to improve campaign effectiveness-including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, retargeting and new channels to maximize full-funnel performance. Execute Loyalty & Referral programs
- Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment
- Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
- Collaborate closely with technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results (paid and owned).
- Build, develop and manage relationships with agencies and multiple top mobile ad networks
- Ability to work with the content & creative team
- Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably third party app advertising campaigns with mobile ad networks and publishers such as Facebook, Google, etc.
- Experience working with and/or for performance agencies within the branding or digital industry.
- Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyse, and present data
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stimulating, multi-stakeholder and creative environment
