Position Title : Associate Manager- MIS

Reports To : Sr. Manager - Budgeting

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

The role is accountable for :

- Finalization of Monthly Management Reporting Pack & submit it into Global reporting software - comprising Balance sheet, Management P&L, Financial P&L, Cash Flow, Profitability at Brand, Sales P&L, Production P&L etc.

- Constantly ensuring compliance of corporate accounting policies & principal globally for harmonized reporting of financials.

- Review of Audit pack for C/Y audit as per our corporate guideline (Europe) & coordinate with Auditors to compete audit before due time.

- Support in budget & forecast preparation as per requirement.

- Preparing of monthly MIS reports - RM PM Consumption with price & efficiency report, Labour/ energy/ M&R Report etc.

- Undertaking periodic reporting of variance analysis.

- Support in F/Y statutory audit & tax audit.
