About Us - Established in 2017 in the UK, Percipere is a fast-growing Premier Process Integrator for ERP and Process re-engineering engagements that works with leading clients in Europe, America, Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets in APAC market, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets.

Job Requirements: - Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- ERP Sales experience is a must.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Pro-actively track competitor movements in the 4-5 years of proven SaaS sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas.
- Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and positioning their solutions as indispensable to their success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Contribute insights for product development based on client feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
Soft Skills: - Proven experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS, technology, or IT industry in the UKI region.
- Work from our Uxbridge office 2 days per week.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies.
- Outstanding verbal and presentation skills
- Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.
