Job Description : Main Purpose : - Translate innovation ideas into consumer-winning product designs by developing F&amp;V beverage formulations to meet the growth agenda. - Support cross-functional project teams through Stage Gate process to deliver new product innovations. Accountabilities : - Support business objectives driving Agenda for the region for the New Product development for F&amp;V platform for AMENA region in accordance with AOP. Develops, plans, and manages projects - Travel for Line and Product Qualifications and Launches across AMENA. - Hands-on development of formulations within PepsiCo's Juice category. - Design and execute experiments, and analyze and interpret data to make sound technical recommendations on product and process issues. - Execute new product innovation scale-up trials at pilot and manufacturing plants to ensure product compliance to design. - Support completion of development and commercialization success criteria in execution of project work through use of accepted documentation and work processes. - Develop complete product attribute specifications for new products using established documentation processes. - Leverage a variety of key vendors and suppliers for ideas, insights, and development. - Develop effective working relationships to gain matrix resources to support group's initiatives. - Maintain a network of contacts with PepsiCo R&amp;D teams across the globe to leverage knowledge and execute work. - Partner with Global R&amp;D functions such as Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Nutrition, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure robust product design. Qualifications / Requirements : - B.Tech. or M.S. in Food Science or related discipline with 10-15 years product design experience in a consumer products company. - Demonstrated experience in developing consumer-winning beverage formulations. - Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, online, and in person, across multiple cultures. - Demonstrated ability to function effectively in stressful, fast-paced situations, with the personal leadership to influence and positively motivate self and peers. - Strong understanding of linking research to business opportunity - Highly effective organization, negotiation, coordination, and presentation skills. - Willing and able to travel independently within the AMENA region. - Excellent oral &amp; written communication skills. - Self-starter, self-motivating - very high drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity.
