Job Description General purpose: - Support Category Lead, Flavours, to build Equity &amp; Growth for Mirinda, with a strong right to succeed in rural. Lead regional brand planning for Mirinda, ensuring alignment with strategy and brand guardrails, and design &amp; implement regional execution. Key Responsibilities: - Translate Region SBP goals on Mirinda to robust AOP tactics - Lead task of building growth &amp; share for Mirinda, ahead of the Orange category - Build and lead execution against Innovation strategy for Mirinda, by extending into the Enjoy demand space, and ensuring right to succeed in Rural - Partner with global and regional brand leaders to execute brand strategies and plans for Mirinda. The role entails intense travel while being based out of Gurgaon to ensure the incumbent builds a strong understanding of local nuances in the core geographies. A strong understanding of South India will be an added advantage. Qualifications/Requirements - 3 to 4 years of FMCG Sales Experience. Preference to candidates who also has brand experience - Brand marketing expertise, preferably in CPG industry - Strong leadership and influencing skills to represent brand interests while collaboratively developing regional plans - Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment - Strong collaboration skills to partner with global, regional and functional leaders &amp; teams Contact - PepsiCo
