Main Responsibility Areas / Key Tasks  - Ensure development of consumer insights to drive snacks category strategy, ensuring that category strategies are translated into Insights plans & actions   - Bring voice of the category back to the Global Snacks Insights Category Lead  - Build / evolve propriety demand spaces / growth terrains frameworks for the Snacks Category  - Ensure the CU leadership is guided by Insights to translate relevant demand spaces into commercial strategies to drive growth  - Drive innovation in analytics and promote growth modelling methodology development  - Ensure that strategies and programs are developed as needed and agreed upon by Snacks Category Lead and Global Snacks Insights Category Lead  Key Capabilities / Competencies  - Expertise in Research Design & Analysis  - Ability to confront and resolve ambiguity through structured problem solving  - Prioritize analyses through hypothesis-building and identifies key issues  - Go beyond the obvious to identify analytical insight and outline clear implications   - Outstanding project management to ensure high quality output and meet tight deadlines  Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience post MBA from premiere institute.
