Position Summary :  Reports to : Region HRBP - PO1 Sales & Supply Chain  Direct reports : 4/5  - As HR leader for Supply Chain, bring HR expertise to the management of the business   - Lead execution of HR/ ELR strategy for Beverage SC  - Provide inputs for overall ERL strategy to the Region HRBP/ELR Lead  - Key role in leading and anchoring labour relations at all Beverages Plants within a cluster to ensure disruption-free Plant Operations throughout the year  - Support Plant Managers and LHRMs in driving sustainable ER climate. Play the role of coach, ensuring consistency and quality of execution of ER initiatives across all Plants  Position Accountabilities :  - Champion of Human Capital/ ELR Strategy for the entire cluster for Beverages SC  - Act as a catalyst for sustained business performance by ensuring that HR/ ELR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results  - Coach HR team members/PLT to deliver productive and cost-effective wage settlements  - Ensure a disruption-free ER environment and cordial relationships between management and workmen at all Plants  - Perform organization diagnoses (including ER situation), prioritize and deliver appropriate solutions  - Monitor & maximize employee productivity and efficiency   - Devise ways to improve Employee Welfare, Safety & Security  - Build strong relationships, both internally & externally  - Identify risks to the delivery of the business strategy and brings the right resources to the table to support it  - Build capability of HR team to deliver effective business results  Qualifications / Requirements :  - MBA from premier institute with 7+ years of relevant experience in handling multiple plants.
