<p>Industry - FMCG / Foods / Beverage<br><br><div><p>Category - HR</p><br> Skills - HR, Analytics<br><br> Job Type - Permanent <br><br> Job Description - Main Purpose:<br> <br><p> The main purpose of the role is to drive the analytics capability forward:</p></div><div><br> -  Develop the vision and strategy for HR analytics adoption across AMENA</div><div><p><br></p> -  Leading technical project teams and coaching them to develop broad analytics skills, including improving their storytelling abilities&nbsp;</div><div><p><br></p><p>-  Lead the early test/adoption process for new HR analytics methodologies, technologies and specialized tools</p><p><br></p> -  Helping non-technical partners understand key insights from our work and building action plans with effective communication and persuasion</div><div><p><br></p> -  Continuously striving to improve our predictive models and advanced analytics approaches to business problems</div><div><p><br></p> -  Inventing experiments, in partnership with your team, to understand human behavior and evaluate different intervention options</div><div><p><br></p><p>-  Performing advanced descriptive and inferential analyses of applicant flow, promotion/retention, and workforce development&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>-  Building an analytics culture by communicating the value of analytics to the broader HR and executive communities and collaborating with other analytics authorities across the organization</p><p><br></p> -  Building and using large-scale datasets for statistical analysis with software (e.g., R, SPSS, Python, SQL, Teradata, Azure, Hadoop, Access, Excel)</div><div><p><br></p> -  Partnering with human resources and information technology experts on future data needs and how to invent more efficient and effective talent processes (e.g., how to improve recruiting or employee retention outcomes<br> <br> Accountabilities:<br><br></div><div><p>(1) Apply and improve existing predictive models and advanced statistical analyses to solve for business problems</p><p><br></p> (2) Build and use large-scale datasets for statistical analysis using software (e.g., R, SPSS, Python, SQL, Teradata, Azure, Hadoop, Access, Excel)</div><div><p><br></p> (3) Support the design and lead the execution of experiments, in partnership with your team members, to understand human behavior and value different intervention options</div><div><p><br></p> (4) Support technical project teams as lead analyst, working at the direction of project leaders and working with more junior team members to broaden their analytics skills</div><div><p><br></p> (5) Help build an analytics culture by collaborating with other analytics authorities across the organization, identifying new technologies and approaches, and creating a robust set of analytics tools<br><br></div><div><p>Qualification:</p> <div><br></div><p>- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in an applied social science or quantitative disciplines, such as I/O Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Marketing Research, Digital Communications, Sociology, Anthropology, Demography, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Applied Statistics</p> <br> -  Minimum of 10+ years of business experience in identifying novel data sources, building statistical models and translating and communicating insights into actionable business recommendations</div><div><p><br></p><p> -  Excellent project management experience</p></div><div><br><p> -  Excellent communication and storytelling experience</p></div><div><br> -  Strong experience using multivariate linear and logistic regression models, and knowledge of other advanced analytics methodologies</div><p><br></p><div> -  Strong experience leading data acquisition and organization, as required to build statistical models</div><div><p><br></p><p> -  Experience using techniques such as web scraping, text mining, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing</p></div><div><br> -  Proficiency in at least one coding or statistical software package (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, SQL, Java, Python, C++, etc.)</div><div><p><br></p> -  Experience with one of Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, as well as, Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint<br><br> Contact - PepsiCo&nbsp;<br><br> The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
