Responsibilities
- Hire and build a team of executives around you as the company rapidly scales into new geographies and use cases.
- Own and manage assigned targets by using the resources available; a commitment to frugal innovation is essential given that the firm is in early stages.
- Collaborate across the firm to help assess and prioritize strategic projects to best align with strategy and growth objectives.
- Develop in-depth growth models using advanced forward projections and spreadsheet skills.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations for the growth of the company.
- Demonstrate and apply solid knowledge of management frameworks.
- Develop high quality presentations and de-briefs for internal meetings and projects.
- Become the conduit through which our restaurant partner feedback is relayed down to internal teams such as product and marketing.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between different workstreams.
- Actively share best practices, develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build a sales practice that becomes an integral force function in the company.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience in building sales and KAM functions from scratch
- Past experience in acquisition and account management.
- Past experience in building strategic business development plans, and vision for the team.
- An amiable personality, with demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Work closely with product managers to understand products and translate them into restaurant benefits.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- MBA qualification preferred.
Base Location - Bangalore.
Employment Type - Full-time.
Office is remote, but you will be expected to make on-site visits to restaurants.
