ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Purchase SKU will be one time in any category from stationary to Trucks & various services for WPR from security to facility management. ( Project Purchase)Major role is commercial but will have to do some contracting in facility management.

2) Arriving at perfect RFQ closely working with user

3) Floating quotation / Reverse Auction

4) Vendor Identification & selection

5) Making comparative sheets with pros & cons

6) Negotiation considering total cost of ownership including taxation & transport

7) Making PO & Vendor follow up for timely delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS :

1) Self-motivated, Assertive, Innovative & Frugal approach are key prerequisites for this role

2) Candidates from Procurement or Purchase background may be preferred. However, these criteria can be relaxed for exceptional candidates

3) BE with 7 to 10 years of experience in Project purchase/services purchase.
