We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution.
At Pepper Content, you will:
- Be part of the accounting and finance function and working on global accounting policies and practices
- Working on accounting and book keeping and prepare weekly reports on cashflow and P&L
- Being responsible for payouts to all vendors, creators, partners
- Responsible for proper adherence to taxation and all provisions
- Manage cashflow on weekly and monthly basis and add predictability to monthly burn
- Responsible for all compliances including TDS, GST with monthly payments and filing of returns
- Work on all queries related to AP function
- Tracking direct costs of all freelancers closely and doing periodic reviews of bookings and payments
Should apply if you have:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
- Experience of 2+ years in accounting, taxation
- Experience in Zoho or any other accounting ERP
- Experience in excel, word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Startup experience in venture-backed startups is a big plus (Series A to Series D)
- Have all that it takes to succeed in a startup environment - flexibility, working beyond the call of duty, ability to multitask and deliver under pressure, and a high level of ownership
