Designation: Lead - Payroll

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting Manager - Vice President - mpHRO

Job Role:

- Capable of driving client process SLAs. Should be able to adopt measures to continuously improve process matrices and service delivery levels.

- Intermediate regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area

- Experienced to operate in a Client Administrative environment.

- Understanding of System Capabilities and Application platforms. Knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations, and delivery.

- Knowledge about team/individual revenue productivity. Should be able to follow LEAN methodology to meet the targets

- Capable of initiating new processes, participate in new process transitions in coordination with the Clients and internal stakeholders.

- Managing team of 20+ members

- Preparation & Supervision of monthly Payroll for clients

- Handling Reimbursements, Full & Final Settlement, Salary slips, TDS

- Handling Payroll Related Compliances

- Client Management for Payroll Vertical

- Zero error on scorecard for all the months

- Responsible for monthly SLA

- Managing the collections to reduce outstanding and DSO

- Development of Capability (coaching / feedback sharing - once a month)

- Process Efficiency & Management (Productivity Monitoring)

- Process Quality & Compliance

- Managing Gross Margins

CTQs

- 12 +years of Experience

- Preferred experience in Payroll outsourcing environment and has managed large employee base.

- Hands on experience on entire employee life cycle.

- Proficient with MS Visio, MS Excel and Powerpoint.

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Advanced exposure in Payroll

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Post Graduate in any field preferably from Tier 1 or 2 Campus
