PeopleSoft Project Manager/Lead

Role: PeopleSoft Project Manager/Lead

Years of Experience: 8 to 12 yrs (Manager)

Skill Details:

Must have (at least 3-4pointers):

- Strong Project Management, People Management skill

- Knowledge of Quality Management, Delivery Management / Metrics

- Have done client facing key lead role, status reporting and stake holder management

- Should have knowledge of SDLC cycle, development, testing, deployment and support

- Should have good Communication skills and ability to interact client teams

- Have worked in onshore/offshore model, Good team player

- Technical Skills - PeopleTools, App Designer, People Code, SQR, App Engine, App Packages, Integration Broker, File Layouts, PS/Query, BI Publisher

- Should have experience in new development, modifications / medium to complex customization (Online pages, App. Engines, App. Packages etc.)

Nice to have (at least 3-4pointers):

- Nice to have knowledge of Government / Public Service Industry and processes

- Good to have knowledge of configurations / setups of PeopleSoft Financials

- Good to have knowledge of General finance fundamental concepts / processes

- Nice to have experience of financials modules like BI, AR, AP, AM, PC, CM, GL, Banking etc.
