Job description: - Organized and facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, Sprint release planning and demos - Strong Client Relationship Management, People Management, Project Reviews, Communication, Status/Dashboard &amp; Metrics Reporting, Project Planning and Tracking, Onsite-Offshore co-ordination, Effort Estimation - Post Delivery Customer Satisfaction and inference - Strong background of product engineering. - Project level metrics and financial administration - Responsible for scope, risk, effort estimation, cost estimation, execution, quality, implementation and maintenance, support. - Results-Oriented Leader adept at delivering flawlessly on time, within budget and with high quality on diverse technology platforms - Client interaction for requirement gathering, risk assessment, finalization of technical specifications and discussions for effort/cost/time estimation and client coordination and reporting - Provides direction and mentoring to team members and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. - Exercises judgment, technical and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and complex aspects of applications and technology installations - Collaborates with the sales team by providing domain expertise, technical knowledge, and know-how. - Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
