- Responsible for implementing and executing the INDIA-sales strategy and action plan to drive growth of Video Conferencing business specifically within direct sales in accordance with the national strategy and business plan

- Verify market position and opportunities, develop business plans and set goals for product segments, implementation and execution of these plans to achieve Sales targets in India managing the Regional Teams.

- Evaluate competitive and market environment to position products and determine sales and marketing approach, select and manage sales channel partners if required; support channels with necessary information, training and marketing material and instruments

- To lead business development & help client in Digital Transformation in Video Collaboration business

- Provide value-added, application-oriented solutions to targeted market participants; establish and prepare quotes and follow-up throughout the entire process to assure obtaining and fulfilling the order

- Responsible in Creating & Executing the Business Plan to drive sales & achieve targets for Global business by positioning VCaaS, SaaS ,Video Collaboration Solutions.

- Hands-on key account management, performing an active role as it pertains to technical and commercial issues; establish, manage, and expand Key Account environment

- Lead, motivate and inspire sales employees and work closely with inside sales and other members of the organization; expand skill levels in order to meet future needs

- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and opportunities and improve product line profitability

- Responsible in building recurring revenue business through planned and focused marketing campaigns and strategic partnership.

- Report on solution critical issues and problems. Closely monitor and anticipate industry and market trends to influence technology and product development

- Represent the company in exhibitions and shows, build visibility by publication and performing presentations and speeches

- Reports to the CEO of the company

Managerial Roles:

- Sales Analysis for all the Region.

- Identifying the potential markets and applications and focusing our resources to these areas.

- Preparation of the Sales Plan and effectively implementing the same.

- Review of the performance of the Sales Managers & Sales Executives.

- Guiding & Supporting the Sales Managers in their work.

- Analysing Region wise/ Branch wise/ Employee wise performance from time to time.

Approximately 15 years sales and marketing experience of this minimum 10 years of sales and 5-10yrs of experience in Video collaboration/Video Conference solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Approximately 15 years sales and marketing experience of this minimum 10 years of sales and 5-10yrs of experience in Video collaboration/Video Conference solutions.

- Knowledge in team management with a solid track record of selling technology

- High technical aptitude as it pertains to SaaS/VcaaS solutions

- Proven background conducting competitive environment and market analysis as basis for strategic decision making processes

- Ability to lead technical discussions for custom and application-oriented solutions, with credibility and recognition in the field

- Solid background in implementing direct and indirect sales and marketing strategies, as well as monitoring sales and prospecting activities.

- Experience selecting and managing sales channels and providing leadership to direct sales force and indirect sales channels

- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to plan and execute sales and business development strategies efficiently and productively
