Position: Sales Operations Lead

Location : Hyderabad (Hitech CITY)

Shift Time: (Night Shift -PST-Time Zone)

Mode of Work: WFO

Education: MBA Mandatory

Job Description:

- Business Development Representative Background

- Should have experience in selling to USA customers

- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn

- Present our company to potential clients

- Uphold relationships with leads to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met

- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement new sales strategies

- Constantly seek new ways to make products more attractive to current and prospective leads

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executive(AE's)

- Highly motivated and has the ability and desire to grow in the company.

- Has proven track record of overachieving qualified leads targets.

- Cloud based/Analytics/UiPath/Workday services selling with technical knowledge of the same, would-be great

- Understanding of the entire Inside Sales lifecycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement gathering & understanding, product demos, negotiation & sales closure.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel - Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
