- Organizational Development: Proven ability to develop and lead people strategies and systems focused on organizational development.
- Recruitment Strategy: Demonstrated experience in collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to identify current and future hiring needs and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Strategic Contribution: Ability to work closely with the leadership team to define the function's strategy on a quarterly basis.
- Cultural Development: Skill in building a cohesive culture aligned with the organization's values.
- Employee Relations: Experience in working with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Proven track record of actively participating in recruitment strategy and owning the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
- HR Operations Management: Ability to oversee all HR operations activities, including salaries, exit interviews, rewards and recognition programs, etc.
- Capacity Building: Experience in conducting need assessments to facilitate employee growth and development.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in leading and guiding the team towards data-driven decision-making across all projects within the function.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in building, maintaining, and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
