Responsibilities :
1. Employee life cycle management from hiring to firing in coordination with our Recruiting Officer, Learning & Development Manager and HR Advisor
2. IGNITE : Taking ownership of successful implementation of our Performance Management System
3. Employee Connect : Designing and conducting regular surveys, phone calls and informal and formal meetings to maintain a close connect with all team members and their needs
4. Compliance : Ensuring maintains all compliance
5. Attendance, Leave Management and Payroll
6. Rewards and Recognition : Taking ownership of execution of our rewards and recognition program
7. Organize Inter and Intra team interactions and knowledge sharing sessions:
8. Arrange for group discussions on specific important topics with inputs from team leads.
9. Organize fun events and outings for the team.
10. Manage an employee benefits program including stock options, health insurance, PFI, etc.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 5+ years of progressive work experience as an HR Generalist with considerable and measurable accomplishments.
- Ability to work in uncertainty and under pressure situations.
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Relatable as a human being, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of position, age, gender, experience, religion, location, background, etc.
